Hi! I am Koleen Adams, and I am the owner of Awaken Pelvic Therapy. I have been a Physical Therapist for 19 years and I am a pelvic floor specialist. I LOVE helping people to fix their pelvic floor issues because it can be so life-changing. I am so passionate about making sure that you get the healthcare you DESERVE.

I am so dedicated to helping women and men with pelvic floor issues because these issues can really put a damper on your life. Once we know the cause your symptoms, we will work together to help you get your life back.

I am married and I have 3 teenagers. We live in a house tucked into the woods where I enjoy gardening and being outside.
